Records you can check for yourself.

MIO (Machine Intelligence Omega), by My Digital Sovereignty Ltd (MDSL), is a proposed service company that would run and stand behind the commercial service for MDSL’s products; it has not been formed. MDSL has built a record capability in New Zealand: customer-controlled records that are sealed, signed and time-stamped by an outside authority. This site shows what is running now, what comes next, and how a conversation works.

The platform

One capability, applied to different problems

Customer-controlled records

The organisation controls the substantive record and can export it. An outside timestamp authority need only receive a cryptographic commitment, not the content. A later reviewer can check the record against the receipt without an MDSL account.

Eight offerings

Village™, AVA™, Conduct Record™, Attested Accounts™, the Governance API, the Email Decision Record™, Provenance™ and the consignment file apply the same design to different buyers and problems.

Hosted in New Zealand and France

Records are stored on OVH (France) and Catalyst Cloud (New Zealand); neither is US-owned. A few dependencies sit outside that boundary and are named on the evidence page.

Live

Village

How can a group organise, deliberate and keep its own institutional record without surrendering control of its data?

A private online home for families, communities, clubs, charities and small organisations: records, documents, communications, events, deliberation and decisions. Live. Each group’s space is private to its members. Village Assembly (a structured deliberation that keeps dissent word for word) and Open Floor (members raise their own ideas) are opt-in per Village and set up by MDSL on request; no real sealed deliberation is on record yet. Deliberation Village and Consolidated Village Consensus are also deployed, priced per engagement and arranged with MDSL; at the 12 October count they were switched on for demonstration use only. For the Civic Assembly App, one demonstration round is set up; it is not on the price list and no price has been set.

AVA — AI Visibility Auditor

If someone says their work improved a business’s visibility in AI-generated answers, what checkable record exists of the baseline, the method and the timing?

Measures a site’s readability for AI crawlers and records the questions asked and answers received. A measurement can be locked with a digital signature and a time-stamp from an outside authority, so a later change shows up. Sealing is built and tested end to end on a real site. Available on request.

MIO° Conduct Record

When an AI agent acts under an organisation’s authority, what record shows what it was permitted to do?

A dated, signed register of the permissions an organisation gives its AI agents, and of which agents exist, with a lookup of the permission in force at a given past time. The ordering relies on the platform’s own clock, and the lookup says so. It evidences authority. It does not prevent an agent from acting.

Attested Accounts

If financial records were created or changed by people or by AI-assisted tools, how can a practice show later what existed and whether it was altered?

Seals invoices, quotes, recurring invoices, expenses and time entries in the Business Village, so what existed and what happened to it can be checked later by someone outside the business, on their own machine and without an MDSL account. Until the signing key is held apart from MDSL, that check still relies on MDSL not having rewritten and re-signed the record. Each invoice has a history view and a downloadable file a third party can check offline. It sits alongside an accounting package, not in place of it, and is neither an audit opinion nor accounting advice.

Governance API

How can other software submit a proposed action and keep a signed, exportable record of the decision?

A proposal goes in; a verdict and a signed receipt come back, with a customer-owned record of the deliberation. Available on request as a sandbox; evaluation access is a one-time link issued at MDSL’s discretion. Production keys follow published terms.

Email Decision Record

When an email is proposed, held, approved or refused, what checkable record exists of who decided and what was sent?

Each proposed email is checked against the owner’s policy, a held email is released or refused by an approver through a route that records who decided, and each decision is kept as a sealed record a person can check. A person still decides. Built and reviewed by AI agents; no customer is live yet. Key custody is set out on the evidence page.

Available on request

The consignment file

When a lot is sent to someone outside the business, how can they check the records that go with it, on their own computer?

One file holding the signed supply-chain records for a lot, the signed record of who decided to send them, and an invoice that shows only chosen figures. Anyone can check the file offline with a single readable program; the invoice member is built and downloadable, with its own checker and in version 2 of the file checker, at mysovereignty.digital/downloads/ and agenticgovernance.digital/downloads/. The platform assembles the file, with the invoice included when the owner names one (switched on per Village on request); the invoice has no day root or outside time stamp of its own and is not in the estate root. An owner can propose sending it to one outside recipient, held until a second person approves. Built by AI agents and reviewed by AI agents, with no person having audited it.

Provenance

When an organisation sends records to others, how can the reader check what was and was not established without an account?

An exporting organisation seals its records, and a reader checks the resulting dossier in their own browser, offline, with no account; the check says what was and was not established. Available on request, priced per exporting organisation (see the status page). Evaluation access is a one-time link at MDSL’s discretion; there is no self-service signup.

Beyond the products

Where the portfolio is heading

Both are planned and neither has a date; one is subject to capacity, and one concerns federation, which is already built and deployed.

Planned

Sovereign Database

A dedicated database on New Zealand sovereign infrastructure, with physical tenant isolation: your data in its own database, never alongside anyone else’s. Planned; a request can be discussed, subject to extra computing capacity. MDSL’s pricing page lists it from NZ$175 a month; MIO quotes no price of its own.

Planned

Federation hardening

Federation is built and deployed and is off by default: it works only when two Villages each agree and each member opts in. We do not state how many Villages use it (VIL-21). Ways to strengthen it are being scoped. The hardening is a scoping item, not a product.
